They have the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve EVER slept on. No joke. I wish I had asked what brand they were. Older/outdated hotel in general, but it was clean and very comfortable. We loved that our room had a sliding glass door to the pool inner courtyard area. The only two things would make it better: free breakfast and clear water. I believe the staff does the best they can based on what they have to work with. Rooms were tired but clean problem we had was the dinner in restaurant. Food was cold , high priced, and small portions. You expect a certain standard with Holiday inn Express and they didn’t come close. My suggestion try the Best Western they have a great restaurant View all feedback.
