All employees were nice but Giselle stood out to me. Her kindness and hardship showed in the few minutes we had our encounter at the window. Our conversation was effortless.The drink was super yummy and I can tell she knows how to do her job right. View all feedback.

This Starbucks location is very unorganized. I have placed orders through the mobile app previously, and it has never been a pleasant visit. I walk in they don’t even say good morning, there is missing orders, and they do not prioritize an unhappy customer! If I could, I would give zero stars, do not come to this location!!! "I typically love Peet’s and his shop was gorgeous however this was my first time at this location and i had a bad encounter with one of the baristas. I ordered my beverage on the app since it’s promoted all over the store. On the app it gives you the option to order your beverage with “light” sweetener so that’s what i did since I’m not a fan of sweet coffee. After getting my drink i noticed it was extremely sweet so i returned it in hopes that they can remake it so it’s not so sweet. When telling the barista, if they could possibly remake it with less syrup, another barista named Emma with reddish hai rudely said “that’s what i already did” and rolled her eyes in front of the staff there. I was caught off guard and just responded “well can you please make it with even less then please?” And she just gave me a dirty looked and didn’t respond. Her attempt to make me feel stupid was unprofessional and I’ve never experienced this before. I hope she can get the proper training to adjust her attitude or not work with people because no one deserves to be treated like that."
