Papa Johns Pizza - Chino

Its not always when things go perfectly that matters... We paid for a double toppings pizza. Rather expensive but they do it so well here. Due to some human err, we didn't receive the extra paid for toppings. Made a call and they took care of us immediately. So very kind and incredibly giving. We love this team and have for years. Today was Superior in Customer Service! Above and Beyond!! So glad they are in our neighborhood!! They do so much better than most overpriced pizza restaurants near us.

I met the new owner Andy and Tony the manager helped me out with my order. They were both very kind and professional! I ordered over the phone about 15 minutes prior to arrival and it was ready right when I walked in! It was so good and the crust had the perfect crunch to it!

I just picked up my pizza from here and let me tell you I am very satisfied! It was so delicious and the service was great: only feedback I would suggest maybe offer some parm and peppers but besides that 10/10.

They had closed, or stopped taking orders, they were swamped, it was christmas-day night and they took us in for one more order for the night. We were pleasantly surprised as we had already started walking back to the car, then ran back inside after hearing the good news from they very kind and courteous employees! Thanks guys, we needed it!
