Contribute FeedbackLucknam Park's Brasserie offers a mixed dining experience, with some patrons finding it overpriced and lacking in attention to detail, while others praise the location, food quality, and service. The restaurant is located in a modern building at the back of the hotel, with large windows providing a view of the garden. The menu offers a well-balanced selection of dishes, with some standout options like the Wiltshire beef. The staff are praised for their attentiveness and the overall ambiance is described as relaxed. Despite some setbacks such as staff shortages and unexpected closures, most diners would recommend the Brasserie for its high-quality food and pleasant dining experience.
We decided to take our pup to the mall because he loves it there and couldn't decide where to eat.
We stopped by to try their Oktoberfest promotion for dinner and it was an overall tasty experience.
I met a friend here for lunch and we were both really pleased with our food and our server was great about checking on us.
We had made a reservation at the brasserie for our New Year's dinner and received confirmation that everything was set for the big night. However, when we arrived, there was no one in sight! They had an event going on and had closed the restaurant without updating their booking system or the Opentable Register. It was a complete disappointment and ruined our plans for the evening. We had to return to our hotel room and order food instead. It was surprising that such a mistake could happen so easily and we were left feeling embarrassed and disappointed with our NYE experience. Hopefully, this won't happen to anyone else in the future!
The service is friendly and the food is delicious. The portions are a bit small, making it easy to enjoy a full three-course meal.
