What Euna Veum doesn't like about Arby's:
My experience after 9pm coming to Arby's was awful. Lady in the speaker box made me wait 4 minutes we used a 5 minute song to time the wait. Then when I get to the window..the lady was on the phone left window open and me waiting for another 5 minutes for my card to be processed and handed my food.
