What Keith N doesn't like about Horizons:
A group of 8 went there last Friday evening. We started at the bar and there was no service to speak of. They had one female bartender who didn't care about taking care of the customers. She completely ignored us. Then she would take care of 2 of us and then walk away. She never comminicated with us as to what she was doing.
