"I'm so excited that High Shores is open again, but I don't think they were good last night. The staff is very friendly and personal service at bar and table was good. It was very busy what was nice to see. But we sat 20 minutes after our reservation. More than 1/4 of the salad bars were empty or almost empty. It took 40 minutes to get our food and overall was simply not as good as it should be for this price. I hope they're still working on the kink."

"Unbelievable Brussel Sprudel appetizer! I had strawberry, blueberry, feta salad with shrimp for dinner and it was massive and so fresh. The house Bloody Mary’s are 10/10! We met the owner during our time, very friendly and know how to clean, efficient and cozy furnishings."

"It's exactly what you expect from a family restaurant: simple, American -style food, done well. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was good, the only thing I would change is that is eggs were a bit over done. That was more than made up for by the crispy and delicious hash browns. The real highlight was the potato pancakes. They are huge, as big as a dinner plate, and crispy and delicious. Served with a side of apple sauce, they are amazing. I would go back just for the potato pancakes."

"It's our first time in this restaurant recommended by a co-worker of mine. My husband and I both love it. He had the deep-fried alligator, which he says is really good. I'll take his word for it since my husband is a very good cook as well. I had the crab cakes and sautéed calamari. I would highly recommend this place. They have outdoor seating available as well.
