New owners but previous staff still employed. It's had a bit of a makeover and presents better than previously. Still beautiful seafood on offer

"This place is without a doubt one of the best in Sydney. It's not surprising that they've won so many awards. Their gelato is excellent - there's always a wide selection of flavours, and if you're not into gelato, they've also got an assortment of sorbets and desserts which are also delicious! Service is always fast even when there are big queues. You simply can't go wrong with Cow & The Moon for an ice cream/sugar hit!"

"I had a great evening here recently. The alcohol license had just been granted meaning that there was a great busy atmosphere and lots of people enjoying evening drinks. The cocktails I had, particularly the 'King Street Queen ' was phenomenal sour, sweet and delicious. The food was superb we had antipasto, roasted pumpkin and cheese, and all of it was well made and beautifully presented. A must visit!"

"We started ordering through Menulog from Hillz Pizza and will never go to any other Pizza place again. Toppings are perfect and pizza is always fresh even for the next day. So glad to find an authentic Italian pizza after a long time of tasting so many."

"Last night we went and got acai and there was only one other person that ordered before us. The girl making the acai bowls was making the bowls for 5 minutes at a time. We ordered 2 acai bowls and she initally gave us the other persons order, asked if we ate from it and then gave it to the other person. We ordered them with no bananas and no peanut butter, we received them with both peanut butter and bananas. We could not ask for new ones to be made as then we would have to watch her make them again at a snails pace. To top it off there were friends of hers that came to have a chat and she was unable to multitask and spoke to them for 5 minutes whilst she was making our order. On another note, why do the toppings have white on them? Anyway, do not recommend"

"Southern Sydney suburb Kogarah may not be a renowned dining destination, but the opening of 500 Degrees last year has diversified the local restaurant options with a style more associated with city eateries. Whilst an enormous print of 1890s Kogarah lines one of the walls, the drinks list is definitely contemporary with a number of craft beers such as Two Birds featuring."

"Great energy. Very busy. Waiting for our table although we had a booking was acknowledged with a glass of prosecco on the house (we were 4). Super friendly and professional front of house. Fantastic pasta which is their speciality. My GF gnocchi was delicious. Will definitely be back soon. The foodies in the group all said it was a great experience."
