"Terrible service in the dining room and dreadful food part cooked chaos in taking orders and huge unacceptable delays in bringing out the food . I couldn’t believe how bad the food was so went into the kitchen to see for myself if their was a chef . When I asked who served me a deep fried squid which was hot on the outside and frozen on the inside no one accepted responsibility and I was ushered out . It is chaos here . Staff need training in service and the kitchen should be closed until someone takes responsibility for food hygiene and basic food preparation. This hotel needs a manager who knows about hotel management because at the moment it is anarchy . Just to add further my bath wasn’t clean and still had shampoo and soap around it from the previous guests ."
