We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a place to have a light Peruvian lunch (not allways very easy in this country). They served a great quinoa soup, as well as tasty casave chips. The atmosphere was simple but authenthic, and the waiter provided...a good service. View all feedback.

The interior design looks like the owner bought a few bits from the hardware store sale and she nailed together, but hey, that's peru away. not much English spoken, but enough to be understood and service was with a real smile. we had the...Alpaca steak and lomo salado with house red wine. all very good and great portions. also not expensive.
That was by far one of my worst experiences in a restaurant, if you can even call it that. the waitress brought my uncle to the wrong teller and insisted that she was right, although we all heard that he said something else. she had. the worst job and she was rude and should never work in the service industry. they refused to change it, and it was just very unpleasant. eating was not so special. Everyone who works there had serious employment problems! oh, the walls are also dirty.
We really have the lunch of the tourist crowds with buffets in some of the other restaurants. freshly cooked with laughter. he had, steak and trout and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. exactly what we needed after the journey of arequipa.
100 recommendation. Heater inside. Big portions. Friendly and welcoming. Wide range of dishes. Free wifi. Best restaurant we found in Chivay.
