Apa Akihabara-ekimae - Chiyoda

What d likes about Apa Akihabara-ekimae:
Great location minutes away from Akihabara Train Station as well as eateries and 7/11. The room it self is typical of APA, how ever not every thing is translated to English and was difficult to get wifi set up, how ever I bring my own Ethernet cable so easy fix (didn't use phone wifi). I’m staying at the serviced residence part and my experience here is a real disaster. The rooms are facing the train line directly and the neighbourhood is full of drunk people at night. It’s very loud and one cannot get a good sleep during the night. On top of it the rooms are dusty and smelly. Customer service is unreliable and unfriendly.
