It's a great concept. Not at all put off by the way capsule hotels work. This chain is pretending to be upscale to regular capsule hotels. Their model mimics the airline class schedule. They fail in that regard. If the mattress was half decent, I would have given them 4 stars. My back is still recovering from the lousy matress. The concept as a whole was pretty neat. The staff were very kind and accommodations were nice. My first capsule room experience though, and the provided ear plugs did little to dampen the thunder of a thousand foghorns provided by nearby guests. Snoring was so loud it reverberated the floor. I did not sleep. I likely will not be staying in one like this again. View all feedback.
