"Chevalier Blanc. What a rare treat this is. The plat du jour is always delicious. It is a formal restaurant and you certainly need to book in advance. The staff are courteous and friendly. The wine selection is fantastic. The cheese trolley has to be seen to be believed. Deserts are always such a pleasure to see, with delicate spun sugar adornments."

I had been awkward about the previous ones, and it is important to see that I am responsible for the present. the dishes are not only delicious but they are a visual treat.
