The restaurant is quiet and the decoration very neat. The service was quick for a Saturday noon in July. Even if the menu is contained with some entries, dishes, desserts and two menus, the kitchen is excellent. No photo of the entrance that was a Cannelloni of ham Serrano, red pepper mousse with Espelette pepper, Salad Mesclun. The ham and the delicately lifted foam have come together well. The chef's suggestion was a Duck Magret with apples and salad. Excellent rusty cook, the sauce was excellent. To finish with a freshness, the Cream is burned with green lemon. The lemon was present but not too much, it was excellent. A very good address that I will not hesitate to visit again, I recommend it to you. Make a reservation, we're never too careful.
