Pat a Pain is an expanded boulangerie chain in central France. It presently opens at 6:30 but this sometimes changes. I use to open at 6:00 AM but once I arrived at 6:15 and the sign had been changed to 6:30. Once I arrived at 6:45 and the sign had been changed to 7:00. Now it is back to 6:30 again.
