Kate and Joaquin make the best bread in Cholula, and in Puebla I think. I personally love the brioche, it's my favourite and as a local, i'm there all the time. Kate and Joaquin are lovely friendly people and make you feel welcome even if they are run off their feet. The place is small, and the bread is super cheap. I think I've tried everything in the shop. Not too difficult to find if you go by the direction but no commercial sign in the street to tell you this is the place ( some tax reason , maybe? ) Opening Schedules seem to be quite flexible and depend on whether they over or under estimated their sales of the day .
