"Osso is not within the Barranco, Miraflores circuit, its in La Molina and a bit far from most hotels. It doesn't matter, just get a cab or call Uber and go. Do make a reservation as is small and private. The best meat and salumeria I have been in a while. Bit expensive, but worth every penny. They make all their stuff and every meat is natural.
