I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to because the service was so bad and I felt so mistreated. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew with 4 creams and sugar. When I go pick it up my drink had no cream or sugar so I let the lady know and said she didn’t realize it took cream so I thought it was fine mistakes happen but then after she hands it to me I asked if she put sugar which she hadn’t either. She then tells me the sugar is by the counter but I explained that I ordered it this way if she can please add the sugar. She then proceeds to explain that if she adds sugar then my drink is gonna spill etc. at the end she added a MOUNTAIN of sugar right on top of the drink and handed it to me with the lid off and coffee dripping. I stained myself completely she didn’t even try to help since she gave me a a ruined drink to begin with. She didn’t even offer to make me a new one. When I asked for napkins she talked to me with attitude saying that they were across in the counter. I had to leave with my drink ruined and dripping and in such an upset mood. I couldn’t drink my coffee after that from the frustration on how I was treated.

This is the best Dunkin in Miami! My order is consistently perfect. I don't know what you're doing that's different than other local Dunkin's, but keep it up! Thank you!
