a so friendly and welcoming pub with beautiful log fires in winter and an outside terrace when it is hot. eating is excellent. look at the daily house made cakes, curries and big fish and chips. dogs are welcome but no children inside. best phone calls before they go because sometimes closed, even if the website says open. This is a wonderfully friendly and welcoming pub featuring beautiful log fires during the winter and a lovely outdoor terrace for warm weather. The food is excellent, with daily house-made cakes, delicious curries, and generous portions of fish and chips. Dogs are welcome, but please note that children are not allowed inside. It's a good idea to call ahead, as they may close unexpectedly even if their website says they are open.
I absolutely love the location! We paddled over to the pub, enjoyed a few beers, and found it to be a great spot to relax and have a light lunch. It's such a lovely place!
My wife and I both really enjoy this pub, which is conveniently located at the end of the Kais. It's wonderful to sit outside in the summer, and although the interior is compact, it's clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, the quality of the beer is excellent, and the few times we've dined here, the food has been very good as well.
