Not gunna lie, we've been customers of a different local Chinese for years, but we thought we'd give Top chef a go and I'm so glad we did! Beef curry special fried rice. rice was slightly overcooked, not much extra in it for special fried rice. the curry sauce was watery lack of taste with very few sweet in it, the bark was chewey. I go back to my normal chinese in highcliffe, its more expensive, but so much better quality it is remarkable. read more.
