First, Monterey, VA is a great little town Quiet, quaint and clean as a whistle.
We stopped here for breakfast on the way back from Snowshoe Pancakes were so-so--one of mine was undercooked.

"Can not order off menu must eat what is on special. Chinese food is not my choice. No burgers or appitizers. This just happened 8/13/2020 at 4:30pm. Waitress was very rude. Will not waste my time or money going back to this restaurant. Have been eating there since I was a kid."
