The middle Deluxe-Walz was huge and filled with blows to the edge. The dough was the perfect thickness and had the right amount of bite. I also love that they use a mozzarella and ricotta mixture instead of just one or the other. My only complaint is the amount of sauce they give you on the side, which was 2 small sauce cups.
