What David Ng likes about Ceviche Craft:
Came here for Poke; then realize they don’t have the more typical Poke sauce and toppings. More of a taco/Mexican twist. Do still have tuna/salmon/shrimp/octopus so for me that’s good enough. On the other hand this is my first time having mango chunks in my Poke bowl and it’s great! Good and friendly service.Only complaint is lack of/insufficient a/c on a warm/hot’ish summer day. I was so excited to come here for a healthy, delicious poke bowl. Instead, I was taken back by the workers standing around chomping on food.The Girl that was in the front was eating over the food while explaining to me how the menu works.I felt uncomfortable with the service.
