Used to hate chipotle because of the way they spiced their meat. Now I’m vegan and I can’t stop going! It’s quite obvious what is vegan and not vegan when you’re there. Sofritas are fantastic. All rices are vegan, all beans are vegan, all hot sauces, guac, corn, lettuce. My order: Burrito or bowl with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, mild hot sauce, lettuce and a little guacamole.
