Although I had an issue with my order the day prior, I came in the following day and my order was restored with a couple of food perks. The manager did not hesitate to resolve the order, remained professional and apologized on behalf of the company. I ordered the avocado taco and pollo bowl. This was my first try with the taco. The doors were filled with bugs when we arrived. Our order wasn't satisfactory, and the food was overcooked. I would give it one star, and that's being generous. I love Pollo Loco, but I won't be coming back to this location. View all feedback.
