heave ho is the best coffee shop around! great, fresh roast. excellent sorts. many direct coffee. the owner is so friendly and great to chat with. he is always so kind when I bring all my children and they ask many. he even gives them a box on which they can stand so that they can observe him as he makes coffee for me or hot chocolate for them. I stopped here since I delivered Amazon packages to this business so I wanted an Iced Latte. The employee didn’t know how to make one so I asked for an Iced Tea instead. A few minutes later and I get this. The employee was a young kid so I won’t put the blame solely on him. I blame management for improper training and not having more baristas on shift with more experience. View all feedback.
