Caleb was an awesome server, very sweet and on top of it!!! The appetizers (spicy garlic edamame, shrimp gyoza, salad) were great, but I would not recommend the ramen or the sukiyaki. The pork in the ramen was charred and made the whole entire dish taste like charred meat. I have been to Japan multiple times, and have never seen pork in ramen prepared this way.
