Any efficiency study will tell you that 1 line and sending out the order to the crew will be faster every time. It was almost like watching 6 separate kitchens work again one another. I hadn't eaten there for a long time, before it was delicious but this time I went I ordered 4 tacos of marinade and some canned soda,I ate the first two tacos and the meat was not well cooked, it felt and tasted raw and I threw away the other two tacos, I did not want to go back and tell them and I spent about 20 dollars the price for four tacos and one was a little high soda.
