Went to the Balboa for the first time yesterday for lunch during the Chula Vista Lemon Fest. Pretty nice locally owned bar. Really pleased with their Original Balboa Burger which cost $12.55. It's made up of lettuce, tomato, onion, American cheese, and housemade zesty aioli. Very good burger! I look forward to stopping by there again to try the rest of their menu View all feedback.
