"We received our first order of sourdough tonight, delivered all the way out to Chelem still warm. The bread is absolutely OUTSTANDING, some of the best sourdough I've ever tasted. The crust is perfect, the interior has an amazing crumb and webbing, the flavor is mild and delicious. Andres and Daton are incredible bakers, and were lovely people to meet!
