Best hostel I've stayed in since being in Thailand. Need I say more? Of course I do! I booked this place for a couple of days not knowing it was a vegan hostel and even upon entering the building I was greeted by the owner who made our welcome that much more special! Here is where you make friends, plans and an idea of what Koh Tao is actually about. View all feedback.
I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed 6 nights and moved hostels from closer to the pier to be closer to more beaches and I was quite happy. The hostel has a vegan cafe, a relaxing lounge area with 2 hammocks, and some awesome workers. The volunteer, Ignacio was really amazing. Super friendly and he even gave me a ride to the pier in the rain! The beds were so comfy and had a lot of privacy. When I go back to Koh Tao, I will definitely be returning here!!
Jon and his team made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were all very clean and well maintained. Food could have been cheaper but you got what you paid for and it was a unique take on south east asian cuisine! The location was also perfect for us, dead close to all the more remote parts of the island. The staff also provided us with many suggestions of things to do and see around the island. Overall an excellent place to be for a more chilled traveller.

Feels more like a hotel. The beds are especially comfortable compared to other hostels I have stayed at. The spacious showers will make you feel refreshed after having visiting the great spots of the island recommended by the warm owner; he will most definitely help you with all you need with regards to your stay. The cafe at the ground floor below serves tasty vegan food (and great coffee) at a reasonable price. The floor above has a great social area with hammocks where you are able to meet fellow travelers. There is also 5 adorable dogs (2 PUPPIES) present which will only make you feel more at home. Highly recommend, and while the price is marginally higher than the average hostel, the warmth and overall friendliness of the staff justifies for it.
If you visit Ko Tao this is a great place to stay. The beds are really comfortable, you get a locker, free water and the showers are the best I have had in Thailand. There are puppies running around that you can pet and the staff was always helpful. Special thanks to the owner who welcomes everyone and checks in regularly whether you need anything. He has great recommendations for snorkeling, where to rent scooters or secluded beaches. This hostel was money well spend.
