Excellent restaurant while waiting for night train to return to Bangkok. After the return of Koh Tao from Lomprayah, which arrived at 17.30, we took the 9.25 pm first-class train. To spend 3 to 4 hours here for a good dinner (not available on Koh Tao for a week) and a litre of beer before we go to the train, we can sleep all the way to the morning brew in Bangkok such a wonderful experience. Convenient location if you're waiting for the train . It gets you away from the street, if that's your aim. Live entertainment consists of a lady-boy with pitchy vocals doing sappy covers of 80s ballads. If you can suffer through that, the food is ok. I had the pineapple shrimp curry soup. Food here is excellent and inexpensive. The outside area is a viewpoint in Chumphon. Live entertainment is normal at 8:00, but it happened only that the World Cup transmission surpassed.
Very recommended! Trash bucket, clean staff, good service, good price.
Food was good quality, looked fresh, although some dishes are expensive, others are reasonable price (whole fried fish 250B). Help us to order in English. Local special dishes. Live music. They let us charge our phone. Beverage service was good. But don't order the horseshoe crab like us. It looked fresh, interesting prepared with delicious ingredients. But after a quick last minute Google search, we understand that it could be full of deadly neurotoxins! In the end we decide that it was not worth the risk and did not eat it. Go here when you wait for the train.
Beer 100 Baht, Blend 285 Whisky 1L 480. Live band plays 1930 to 2100 hours every day. Good food, good service. A little expensive. 180 Baht per dish.
