We waited almost an hour for a plate of rubbery spaghetti with clams which was bland and bitter, for my daughter I ordered a plate of penne with local oil and parmesan and they brought me a plate of almost raw penne with butter at the price of 18 Francs and lastly the tagliolini with truffle splashed in the water. Very good Italian restaurant in Coire! We took the proposal of the cook: Tagliollini tartuffo! Amazing! The dessert was also incredible!!!
