What Mana Masumoto likes about Frank's:
It's always nice to catch up with old rallies from way back when. Meeting up with an accountant friend who works nearby brought me along to his local latte to break out old memories. This Cafe is very intimate and has a small upstairs space easy and comfortable enough to relax in. Staff were friendly this afternoon but the barista was pretty new and nearly spilt my piping hot beverage all over me, talk about hot serv... View all feedback.
