"This evening my husband and I decided to stop and dine at Sapporo. We didn't think much of it as we had gone many times before with friends and family. With all the craziness of the storm and power outages these past few days we just wanted to get a great meal and relax. We ordered a little bit of everything from sushi to hibachi. There is one thing that stood out better than the food. Tony P.! The service he gave this evening deserves more than 5 stars. He was so polite, professional, kind and attended to us very quickly! The food came out and he made sure to come around and check on us frequently along with refilling our drinks. I made sure to tell the manager on duty just how wonderful the service was especially tonight. Thank you Tony P. for your wonderful service and an unforgettable experience. You are the embodiment of what a great server should act like! We very seldom request a server when we go out but we will make sure to ask for you whenever we dine in!"

"I dined in today and the girls working there were very unpleasant. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and got a bagel with cheese and sausage on it. Then when i took it back to be remade, they gave me another bagel with only sausage. Who orders a breakfast sandwich with no egg?! Then when I took that one back they insisted it had an egg on it and refused to make me another one. I walked out after paying 10$ for a coffee and no sandwich. One of the qualifications to work at a biggby must be to have less than 6 brain cells. I’m appalled."

"Fire Dragon WOAH!. IF you go here, get this roll! the Fire Dragon roll is simply amazing! Holy smokes was I blown away when I ordered this for pickup and tasted it in the parking lot .. I couldn't stop till they were all gone, and then I wanted to go order more.... Simply amazing. The Rock Macki is also a very good roll here."
