Wow, special mention for this dessert between acidity and bitterness. The dessert of the year. Yet I am more concentrated on salt, and there, bim, I am stuck by this balance between bitterness, acidity, sweetness, citrus flavor is present, explosive in the mouth. Bravo! View all feedback.
What MANITAS 4 doesn't like about Ekaitza:

Excellent restaurant in Ciboure. Very good inventive cuisine, dishes are fine, a treat for taste buds. Team and friendly service and top. Don't miss a visit to the Basque country.

Thank you to Guillaume at the piano, Maxime sommelier the whole team in the room for having us finish the vintage 23 of the most beautiful ways ... perfect cooking, bold mastered with this reduced sauce of red wine on the sole or mushroom associated with the dessert grapefruit !! Go and let yourself be carried...
