The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. They are dog-friendly and the owner is very friendly. Despite arriving 30 minutes before closing, the owner later mentioned that he had observed us in the parking lot before allowing us to dine in. We must have passed his test! What Scott G doesn't like about The Porch Deli:
I came for lunch today at noon and was informed that they had run out of food due to a large party. I had to drive 50 miles to the next town. I find it unacceptable for a restaurant to be open at noon but have no food available. I have to give it a 1 star rating, even though I hate to do so. View all feedback.
