Dunkin' - Cincinnati

I came for donuts today. I came at 5:40 saying that you do not close until 18 o'clock. her open sign is on. there are two girls who work and do not come to the intercom and reveal that they closed or closed earlier. I had to go to the window and sit just to be notified. if that had been said before. it's holy evening and that really wanted my children. very disappointed and will never return to this ghetto facility.

Terrible service and parking. Went in for a bagel plain. Waited on for people after me. Didn't get order until I started to complain. Parking and access from street is also a hazard. Located on very busy intersection.

Visited cincinnati, ohio from houston, texas. my sons both have dieducks abandoned. they are often this facility everyday. food: 5/5

I visited this restaurant for the first time recently, and my experience was very unpleasant. Upon entering, I noticed that I was the only person in the dining area. Despite there being at least 5 employees present, it took over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. No one even said hello when I walked in. When I tried to address my concerns, nobody seemed to care. I left feeling disappointed and ignored. While I understand that the drive-thru may have been busy, I was still a customer who deserved attention. In my opinion, the customer service at this Dunkin' Donuts location is lacking. I do not plan on returning anytime soon, and I will not be recommending this particular Dunkin' Donuts to others.
