This was my first order at this location and wasn't disappointed. I tried the hot specialty New Yorker for the first time and it was very good. The Schar gluten free bread is great! I'm so glad they have Schar bread. I had the pastrami sub at another location. Now I want to try all the subs because so far they are very good. read more.

What Erinn C doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
I got the New York steamer and it was basically inedible bc the meat was so tough and gross. Just spent 16 dollars plus door dash fees on basically nothing so thanks for that I guess. The potato soup was decent at least. read more.

"So I am a big jersey mike fan a once a week customer at least mostly anderson or blue ash happen to stop in this store very dissatisfied the fist thing out of the guys mouth was down talking to the other workers about not being able to work together, they were all working when I walked in that should have been a private conversation. I ordered my sandwiches and ask as I always do on the last sandwich to have the ham sliced very thin, he was so busy talking sports with they guy behind he did not do it and I said is that as thin as you can slice it ? (Knowing from my weekly stop it is not) he looks at me like how dare you ask that said yes went back to sports talk.So glad I won't be back to this store I will go where they treat me like a welcomed customer"
