"The owner of this location needs to stop making the donuts here and give the duties to someone else. It is apparent that the owner at this location skims on flavor and quality in sake of a profit. The donuts are bland, undercooked and repetitive. Customer service, on the other hand here is always great. Visit the Loveland location for the best flavor and choice."

"The owner who was working the counter was kind and wanted to make sure my drink tasted great. You can get pretty creative with your tea, smoothie, coffee which is fun! Several places to sit and plenty of room. Several little trinkets/rings/dried fruit that would make fun little gifts."
