Let me tell ya. When I was working in Ohio i went to this place all the time. The Chicken Salad was amazing!! It's been about 6 years and I have yet to find a chicken salad worthy enough. My family recently moved here from Western Hills where we got all our meat from Humberts butchers for a decade. I wanted to continue patronizing a local butcher and found Holzmans. We have gotten two weekly orders from them and won’t be going back. The prices are truly outrageous. I expect to pay a premium for butcher quality meat, but they are over double other butchers.
