This bar has a lovely outdoor ambiance and stylish interior. My only suggestion would be for them to offer their signature drink (a small bottle in San Pellegrino) with a less sweet option like La Croix. Despite that, it is still one of my top spots in Over-the-Rhine. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Mecca Otr:
