Went in here today and was really sad to see an employee being very rude to a trainee. I think the employee's name was Erin. The trainee was being yelled at and talked over by the older employee that was training her. Waiting in line, I felt very sad by this encounter. I purchased no drink, left immediately. "The lady here always treats my daughter and I so well, her son works here also I believe and I think she is absolutely wonderful. Watched her hold her patience asking a customer the same question 3 times which was pretty impressive ? donuts are always great and there's a smoothie shop next door to even things out which we love!"
