typical, no-frills bar, in gentrified otr. it is often a hunt for new local, industrial and extra-urban people who do not think about lighting and pretentious prices. but the personal is interesting. casey must be the most unprofessional barkeeper in all ohio. not recommended. harasses the homeless population....and gives preferential treatment for certain mozens, post closure.
