employee at drive-thru was very courteous. Food quality was better than most. Definitely one of the better Wendy's locations

They were open unlike the Reed Hartman location. I ordered food and received what I ordered, can't ask for much more.

"The lady here always treats my daughter and I so well, her son works here also I believe and I think she is absolutely wonderful. Watched her hold her patience asking a customer the same question 3 times which was pretty impressive ? donuts are always great and there's a smoothie shop next door to even things out which we love!"

"We always look forward to visiting friends in Cincy because it means we can have a coffee and breakfast at Mom ‘n ‘em. Wonderful spot. Incredible coffee. Super tasty brekkie.
