I moved to the area last summer and pizza places are far and few. My first attempt ordering pizza from the Lexington location was terrible. We waited 2 hours only to get a call stating they are too busy to fulfill the order. Fast forward 6 months and my wife and I are home sick and decided to try again out of desperation. What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
a terrible service. order them elsewhere. the supplier josh had come to me three times and he messed up my order and I couldn't eat it. the delivery driver josh had a nasty setting. Night ladder in the night was also not pleasant to treat. I finally gave up and got somewhere else to eat. order them to eat elsewhere when they have food allergies and picky. Just moved to the area and considered myself a big Domino 's lover. Tried ordering from this location twice so far and both times have been very poor experiences. The pizzas are either undercooked or burnt and they are always light on the toppings even whenordering extra. The second time I ordered buffalo chicken wings as well, half didn 't even have sauce on them, and there wasn 'teven enough sauce on the bottom of the container to cover them when I tried to coat them myself. I 'll add a star because theyend up refunding me for the food but I don 't care about the dollars I just want my good ol ' Domino 's 'za! Whoever the franchiseeis needs some better managers.
Worst meal ever. Pizza and wings were cold when arrived for delivery. Called store got nasty with my husband when he complained. Will never order from this establishment again. Husband didn?t even eat the wings that?s how nasty and cold they were. Pizzaneeded to be heated up. Never again.
Great location, fast delivery, if they're real late or your toppings slide off or anything rearranges your pizza they don't argue about it or refuse 2 take responsibility, they just give you a credit 4 the next time you don't feel like cooking oreating anything healthy????
I was so looking forward to pizza and one was cold and the other was raw and I mean the crust was doughy. It was awful I was so disappointed. Plus I paid n cash so I was given a credit but not my money back. Plus it took a half hour to bake in the ovenbefore the crust was eatable but the toppings got a little bit crunchy. It was totally disappointing
They're really light on the toppings, even if you ask for extra. Bacon is always chewy. Here's a picture of my cheesey bread... barely any cheese on it. This thing is $7... And our lava cakes were smashed together and just sad... This is the third time ina row this place has under performed. Gotta say, won't be back here again.
