"Traveling through to go to Michigan we stopped at this Panda Express on our way to and from Michigan. Our 1st experience was normal, but when we stopped there on our way back home it was as if we stopped at a total different restaurant. We had a Karen taking our order. The name on our receipt says Karlie H. She was rude, disrespectful, narcissistic and should not be working for the public. When I took my sons cub meal out the bag the food had been shifted and everything was on top of each other so I took it in and asked for a replacement. She said I must have did it and then snatched the box out of my hand. I asked her did she snatch the box and she proceeded to say I threw it in the trash never denying the fact that she did snatch the box from me. Then she refused to serve me by telling another lady to assist me because she wasn 't. Then I happened to look at her and she started saying she 's looking at me she 's looking at me! Talking about a Karen experience!! I found it to be amusing though! I had my first Karen experience! Can 't wait to hear back from the corporate office. We travel a lot and we always stop at Panda Express if there is one. We will never stop at this one ever again!! I wish I didn 't have to give it a one star! I hope no one else have to experience this Karen I mean Karlie H from the Panda Express in Circleville Ohio!!!"
