What lance doesn't like about Subway:
Ordered online at 615. Got a call 5 mins later saying they were out of bread and they could issue a refund but I wouldn't get my money for 24 hours. When I asked why they didn't have bread 40 mins before close I was hung up on. Well it's 3mins away so I walked over and it became very clear. I've only lived in this area for 8 months, and I've come to this Subway 6 or 7 times. I've always received what I asked for and been very pleased with the service. Tonight I messed up on an order, the owner corrected it for me and didn't charge me even though he should have. 6 stars!
