What Avelaem likes about Micro:
This is one of the only 5 fully vegan restaurant in puglia and one of my favourite. It is cooked on the spot and you can choose from couscous, sushi, frisella, burgers with various options, mozzarella salad, avocado toast, soya noodle etc etc. All so tasty and quiet healthy. Small place in a small town. Vegan options. Some special drinks you can try. The snacks you get with drinks are original and special. Worth a stop.
Waited for 45 minutes to get the special salad, which was just some salad leaves and tomatoes and paid 10€ for this. Probably good place for tourists
