This one wasn’t the fastest (there were only two people during Saturday night making the pizzas! but holy cow that was the best pizza I have had in a while. I’ve ordered from other Dominos and it was good. Whoever made my pizza tonight, it was incredible. It was a bbq chicken pizza. What made it incredible was the perfect amount of bbq source. Domino's on Auburn delivered 2 lg pizzas and a cheese dip very quickly. Unfortunately they were all burnt. Looks like they reheated the food, not freshly made. Second time its happened. No third time for me. Look before you accept the delivery!! View all feedback.
Had a great experience by phone ordering boneless chicken with some cinnamon pretzel sticks. They were very busy when we called and beat their estimated delivery time by quite a bit! It was very late and they were quite busy for the late night crowds.
I do not recommend this location. I ordered three pizzas and the entire bottom was nearly raw dough. When I went back into the pizza shop they told me that I was wrong and then that's the way it cooks and that they couldn't do anything to help me. I askedfor the manager someone said they were the manager turns out they were not the manager and then they had some lower levelemployee trying to talk to me to resolve an issue when I had clearly asked to provide me with three cooked pizzas or give me mymoney back. They told me I was wrong that I they couldn't help me or do anything to change the circumstance. And I said wellthen give me my money back because why would I buy something that clearly is inedible for anyone to eat and then have thoseemployees tell me that I am wrong when I clearly know that this is something that is not appropriate. Every time I order fromthis location it's completely different sometimes it's good but majority of times it's been bad. These employees don't care andthey look miserable like unmotivated to actually make the simplest order.

Terrible customer service. I think they canceled my order because I forgot to tip, they canceled my order because they said I didn't put in my apartment number, all my information is saved because I order from them often and I checked it before I placedthe order and my apartment number was there. When I placed the order I forgot to add a tip, which I always tip. I think theycanceled it because there wasn't a tip. And they argued with me when I called them. Needless to say I won't order from themagain.
I don't know what's worse the quality of the food or the employees, What good is an ordering system If orders can't go through? Called and got redirected to corporate to place an order, how much easier can They make it for the employees? The redirects hewould right back to the store cause she couldn't help either, can't place an order and can't redeem rewards, I wouldn't normallymind but the last Few orders I have gotten from them we're incorrect in missing items and when a knowledge to the team they saidsorry try ordering again, not only did they forget my drinks the last time they also served raw breadsticks, Like literally 90%dough AND because I have worked lots of customer service I know not all shifts are great and sometimes can be really difficulton the workers so I still Chose to order from them but after the last conversation I had I don't know why i even waste my time,they forgot my items and still I chose to tip for a third time because it was the second time that night they had forgottensomething, trash ????
